Sociocracy: Democratic decisions for the common good
How?
By sharing the sociocratic approach here, we hope to encourage schools to come to decisions that are good enough for now and that allow you to take the next step: Wouldn’t you agree that it is more effective to make a decision in the best way possible under the present circumstances and then improve it over time than continuing to discuss without ever reaching a decision?
Since 2018, educators and researchers from Laborschule Bielefeld and its research unit at Bielefeld University have been collaborating within a research and development project on sociocracy. Here, they share their materials end experiences.
