Labyrinth is the first laboratory primary (ages 6 to 11) and lower-secondary (ages 11 to 15) school in the Czech Republic, and it is a private school. The school was accredited by the Czech Ministry of Education and then established in 2016.

Currently, there are 220 pupils cared for by a team of 49 people, including teachers, teaching assistants, school assistants, psychologists, and project managers. The total capacity of the school will be 360 pupils max + 160 max per the 4-year grammar school.

Since its founding the Labyrinth laboratory school has cooperated with the Faculty of Education of Masaryk University in Brno. It offers short- and long-term teaching practice to faculty students and to Erasmus students. Labyrinth is involved in lifelong education. It offers various workshops, lectures, and motivates all age groups for learning.

The Labyrinth laboratory school is a Centre of Lego Foundation and Digi Centre (together with “Elixir to schools”, RedHat, Microsoft) and presents workshops to students and teachers.
